Lynette has worked over thirty-nine years as a Registered Nurse. She obtained her training at the San Fernando General Hospital in Trinidad and Tobago. She has vast experience in all the nursing fields, specializing in Oncology nursing at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto, Canada. Based on her avid interest in alternative modes of therapy, Lynette did extensive research and studies, discovering that wholistic therapies work well as an adjunct to conventional medicine, many of them working alone. She trained under renowned teachers such as, Dr. Terry Willard, Dr. John Neumann, Manguana Griesser, Dr. Leonard Mehlmauer, Professor Dr. June Ann Kelly, Dr. Paul Tse and Hank Pelser. Lynette earned her Doctorate in Natural Medicine, is an Alternative Medical Doctor (Homeopathy), Doctor of Medicine (Naturopathy), Registered Acupuncture Practitioner, Colon Hydrortherapist, Eyologist (Iridology, Sclerology), and Reiki Master. She holds diplomas in Biological Medicine (Antihomotoxicology), Sport and Fitness Massage, Herbology, Reflexology, Raindrop Therapy, Foot Polarity, and Aromatherapy. Lynette is a Founding/Life-member of the Ontario Oncology Association for Health Professionals; Founding/Life member/Secretary of the Canadian Eyology Association; Life-member/Past Secretary of the Naparima Alumni Association of Canada, Toronto unit; and Member of the Examining Board of Natural Medicine Practitioners, Canada. She has written numerous unpublished articles, including “Stress”, “Reflexology”, “Chlorella” and “Alternative Choices for a Healthy Transition through Menopause.
